Henry Hernandez

Henry Hernandez is an internationally acclaimed ballet master, choreographer, and
educator with more than three decades of professional experience in performance,
teaching, and artistic leadership. Originally from Venezuela, he enjoyed a distinguished
career as a principal dancer with Southern Ballet Theatre (now Orlando Ballet) and has
performed and taught throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia. As the founder and
artistic director of World Ballet and former artistic director of Tallahassee Ballet,
Hernandez has dedicated his career to developing dancers through exceptional
classical training, innovative choreography, and artistic excellence. His work continues
to inspire dancers of all ages while advancing the appreciation of ballet through
education, performance, and community engagement.
